I've been exploring this stuff since 2010, and it's totally changed my life. I'm also a huge fan of figuring out how our brains and minds work – it's like a giant puzzle!
I truly believe everyone has something amazing inside them, and I'm here to help you find it. When I'm not geeking out about brains,
I'm probably outside, playing games, running, or just having a blast connecting with nature. And yeah, I've run a bunch of marathons and even some crazy-long ultra races!

She’s also a big believer in making life an adventure—discovering hidden gem restaurants, traveling to new places, and bringing friends and CCGirl members along for unforgettable experiences. From art shows to theatre nights, she thrives on creativity, culture, and good company. With an infectious optimism and a passion for women’s empowerment, Lon brings her vibrant energy to CCGirl, creating a community where art, connection, and joy come together.

Louise Lau is all about making things happen—whether it's growing businesses, building meaningful connections, or sparking new ideas. With over 10 years of experience in marketing and business development, she loves bringing people together and creating opportunities that are built on trust, collaboration, and a touch of creativity.
Beyond work, Louise has a big heart for animals (especially birds!), a passion for photography, and a deep love for community. She’s actively involved in charity work as a member of the Rotary Club of London and is always learning more about neurodiversity and how to create inclusive spaces. Fun, creative, and full of ideas, she brings her energy and warmth to CCGirl, helping to shape a community where everyone can thrive.
